Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms aim to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between "I•marcusnote" (the "Site") and its users regarding the AI-driven educational services provided by the Site.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  • Site: A virtual workspace designed to provide AI tutoring and curriculum generation services.
  • User: Members and non-members who access the Site and use its services.
  • Member: An individual registered on the Site to use its core features.
  • Paid Member: A member who has purchased a subscription plan (Basic, Standard, Premium, Elite) to access premium AI engines.

Article 3 (Service Provision & Changes)

I•marcusnote performs the following: 1. Provision of AI question generation engines. 2. Management of educational assets for paid members. 3. Upon expiration of a paid plan, generated data may be restricted or deleted according to our data policy.

Article 4 (Service Interruption)

Service may be temporarily suspended for technical maintenance or upgrades. The Site shall not be liable for losses incurred due to temporary interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

Article 5 (Obligations of Members)

Members must not: 1. Infringe on intellectual property rights. 2. Disrupt the Site’s operation. 3. Engage in unauthorized commercial use of the AI output. ID and password management are the sole responsibility of the member.

Article 6 (Membership & Withdrawal)

Users can join by agreeing to these terms. Members may withdraw at any time via the Profile settings. The Site reserves the right to suspend accounts providing false information or violating ethical standards.

Article 7 (Payment & Refund Policy)

1. Services are classified as Digital Content. 2. Due to the nature of digital assets (instant access to material and AI logic), refunds are generally not possible once the service has been used or digital files have been accessed.

3. Exceptions: Duplicate payments or cases where no data has been generated/downloaded within 48 hours of purchase may be eligible for a refund, minus transaction fees.

Article 8 (Copyright & Intellectual Property)

1. All AI engines and proprietary curriculum logic belong to I•marcusnote. 2. Users own the copyright to the specific worksheets generated through their own input, provided they hold a valid commercial license (Standard plan and above).

Article 9 (Limitation of Liability)

I•marcusnote is not liable for outcomes resulting from misuse, data loss due to member negligence, or inaccuracies in AI-generated text. Members are advised to review all outputs before educational use.
