Frequently Asked Questions

Can I get a refund after subscribing?
Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are generally not provided once access to the service has been granted. However, if you experience a technical issue or billing error, please contact us and we will review your case.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
When you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. Your subscription will not renew, and no further charges will be made.
Can I cancel and get an immediate refund?
Cancellation stops future billing, but does not trigger an immediate refund. Access remains available until the end of the current billing period.
What is MP?
MP stands for MARCUS Points. MP is the usage credit consumed when you generate educational output in AI Workspace.
Why does MP decrease?
Each generation uses MP because AI worksheet creation consumes real processing cost. Your current MP balance is shown in the AI Workspace header.
What happens when my MP runs out?
You will see an MP notice inside AI Workspace. From there, you can move to the upgrade page and continue with a paid plan.
Can I pay manually if my card does not work?
Yes. If automatic checkout is difficult, use the payment support form for Korean card, transfer, or other manual payment assistance.
